Super User Development Sessions - New Series

Super Users help peers by promoting readiness activities, supporting training and providing “at the elbow” peer help prior to, during and immediately following launch. Super Users grow their own capacity through supplemental training, self-help resources and participation in a Community of Practice.

A new series of Super User development sessions is offered in the weeks leading up to Connect Care Launch 6, beginning March 30, 2023. These 1-hour Microsoft Teams webinars are offered twice each (12:00-13:00 and 16:00-17:00) to help with scheduling. The focus is on Super User needs, but the sessions are open to any interested Connect Care user:
  1. March 30, 2023 - Orientation, External Communication Tools, Manual, Learning Dashboard
  2. April 4, 2023 - Inpatient SmartTools, Part A: User Interface Configuration, Patient Lists, Preference Lists, Navigators, Sidebars, Documentation Strategies and Standards (basic and problem-oriented)
  3. April 6, 2023 - Charting Etiquette, Minimum Use Norms, Escalation Paths for Non-Compliance
  4. April 11, 2023 - Dragon Medical One and Mobility Apps
  5. April 13, 2023 - Inpatient SmartTools, Part B: Care Paths, Billing 
  6. April 18, 2023 - Therapy Plans
  7. April 20, 2023 - Patient Movement and Phases of Care
  8. April 25, 2023 - In-system communications: In Basket, Sticky Notes, Secure Messaging, Pools
  9. April 27, 2023 - MyAHS Connect, Provider Portal, Community and Mixed-Context Provider considerations
  10. May 2, 2023 - Complex Ambulatory Workflows: Referrals/Consultations, Order Panels and Preference Lists
  11. May 5, 2023 (all-day boot camp) - Orientation to Command Structure, Submitting a Ticket, Ticket Flow; day also includes breakout sessions for individual training tracks
Sessions are recorded for the benefit of those who cannot make either the 12:00 or 16:00 time slots, with post-session recordings and slides available on Sharepoint
