Changes to SUP Classic and SUP Hyperdrive Functionality

Please be advised that after the Connect Care 2025-Q1 Upgrade was pushed out to SUP today (March 11, 2025), all administrator functionality will be accessible only in SUP Hyperdrive. This includes LDAP Override.

If a user logs into SUP Classic to update the LDAP Override field, they will get an error message stating these activities have moved to Hyperdrive. Instead, log on to SUP Hyperdrive to access.

Builder Alert - Fall Update Change Freeze

Builder Alert - Transparent Lockdown 14-20/10/2022

As part of the Scheduled Downtime on October 20, 2022 there is an Epic Transparent Lockdown process needed to prepare the upgrade for production. This process requires a Production Change Freeze from October 14, 2022 1200 hrs until October 20, 2022 0430 hrs.
